Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@kofacrest.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

There is currently no HOA at KOFA CREST. Buyers are responsible for standard property taxes, utilities (where applicable), and any upkeep or expansion of their parcel.

Absolutely both! KOFA CREST was designed for part-time living, seasonal retreats, and flexible occupancy. The infrastructure supports weekend getaways or snowbird seasonal stays.

Yes. KOFA CREST is minutes from ATV trails, BLM land, mountain hikes, KOFA National Wildlife Refuge exploration, rockhounding sites, and the Colorado River. Whether you’re trail riding or kayaking, it’s all a short haul away.  Phoenix, Yuma, Lake Havasu, Parker, Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs are easy drives, making your homebase an efficient midpoint between desert, river, and mountain excursions, and city shopping.

KOFA CREST is located in the heart of Arizona’s off-roading region.

Riders can leave straight from their parcel onto nearby legal desert access roads and trail networks. No need to trailer out—you’re already where the action starts.

Absolutely. Each parcel offers ample space for trailers, side-by-sides, gear lockers, and maintenance areas. Our large parcels allow for building garages or covered ATV bays.

Absolutely. KOFA CREST was designed with hospitality in mind. All parcels are spacious enough to accommodate visiting RVs.

Definitely. You’re free to add additional studios, guest casitas, or shade structures, as long as they align with local codes.

KOFA CREST is built for shared experiences. You are free to host informal gatherings, family reunions, ATV weekends, or seasonal stays—with friends and family.

KOFA CREST offers private land ownership, not monthly rentals. You own the property—no cramped pads, shared hookups, or noisy neighbors a few feet away. It’s designed for long-term enjoyment, not overnight turnover.

Absolutely. Parcels here offer vast separation from neighbors, natural buffers, and true peace and quiet—something no RV park can match.

Very!  Wide-open parcels, paved access road, and large pull-through areas make KOFA CREST an ideal base for toy-haulers, trailers, and gear-heavy setups. No tight parking spots, no shared drive lanes—just room to spread out and roll in anytime.

KOFA CREST sits in prime riding country—rolling desert flats, rugged trails, and easy access to the Arizona Peace Trail and nearby washes. Whether you’re cruising with kids or chasing high-speed thrills, it’s all right outside your driveway.

Yes. KOFA CREST is designed for long-term, or seasonal use. As a private landowner, you can leave your RV, trailer, or setup on-site year-round—no check-outs, no storage fees, no worry about park availability.

Yes. KOFA CREST is a low-traffic, rural property with large parcel sizes, making it inherently more private and secure than public campgrounds or RV parks.  Owners may also install gates, cameras, or storage sheds for added peace of mind.

Yes. You own your own – including your own power meter. You can choose to leave utilities active, for cameras, etc., or shut them off during your absence. Each parcel has independent hookups and systems, so you're in full control.

It’s optional. Some owners in La Paz Valley arrange with neighbors, friends, or local caretakers to drop in occasionally. You can also set up remote monitoring systems (via solar or Starlink) for cameras, sensors, or weather updates.

Yes! The Quartzsite area hosts seasonal off-road events, meetups, and vendor shows, and nearby businesses cater to riders with parts, repairs, and fuel. You’ll be part of a thriving off-road culture.
